What's Included
Full Wedding Planning
A comprehensive, start-to-finish service for couples who want expert guidance at every stage. From venue selection to the final farewell, I manage all the details, ensuring a stress-free journey to your perfect day.
What’s Included:
- Essentials: Timeline creation, budget management, guest logistics.
- Planning: Full coordination (up to the day of the event), design, and styling.
- Ceremony & Reception: Venue selection, order of service, catering, and event flow.
- Suppliers & Styling: Coordination with vendors, music, entertainment, invitations, florals, lighting, photography, videography and décor.
- Personal Touches: Sustainable wedding favours, beauty recommendations, and gift list setup.
On-the-day coordination is only available as an additional service at an additional cost.
Partial Wedding Planning
For couples who have started planning but need expert help to refine details, finalise vendors, and bring everything together. Ideal for those who want structured support without full management.
What’s Included:
- Essential: Timeline refinement, budget tracking, final logistics.
- Planning: Supplier negotiations, styling support, and event coordination.
- Ceremony & Reception: Assistance with key elements such as catering and seating plans.
- Suppliers & Styling: Music, invitations, florals, photography, and décor.
On-the-day coordination is only available as an additional service at an additional cost.
What's Not Included
Not Included in Either Service
- Honeymoon Planning – this is not part of the wedding planning offering at sage + time.
- Legal Processes – Beyond offering general guidance this is best handled by the couple.
Full Wedding Planning
Covers everything from concept to execution
For couples who want a seamless, stress-free experience, I handle everything from venue sourcing to on-the-day coordination (available as an additional service). I’ll be with you every step of the way to create a stunning, eco-chic celebration tailored to you.
Partial Wedding Planning
For couples who have started planning but want expert guidance
Already started but you'd like expert guidance? I step in to help refine your plans, manage logistics, and ensure everything flows smoothly.
On the Day Coordination
Everything is planned but you want a professional to ensure your day runs smoothly. I’ll handle the logistics, manage vendors, and keep everything on schedule so you can relax and enjoy.
What’s included:
- Venue setup & styling oversight
- Timeline & schedule management
- Vendor coordination & problem-solving
- Guest assistance & troubleshooting
Next day teardown and cleaning of venues is not included as part of this service.
Event Planning
From engagements and, hen & stag parties to Christmas, anniversaries, and corporate events, I bring my signature eco-chic style to every celebration. Whether intimate or extravagant, I’ll help plan a stylish, sustainable event that feels effortless.

Investment
Your wedding is a reflection of your story, and investing in professional planning ensures a seamless, stress-free experience. Our fees are 10-15% of your final spend, depending on the complexity and timeframe of your wedding. Minimum fees apply.
Please note, on-the-day co-ordination is a standalone service with an additional fee and does not include next-day pack down or cleaning.
My Process-How it Works

Initial Consultation
Get in touch to schedule a free phone or video call to discuss your vision and how I can help. Before our consultation, I’ll send you the Sage + Time consultation pack to complete together. This will give me insight into your story, vision, and what matters most to you as a couple, helping us make the most of our time together.
Proposal & Agreement

After our consultation, I’ll create a tailored proposal and timeline based on your requirements and wedding dates. If additional face-to-face meetings or calls are needed before finalising the proposal, we can schedule those at your convenience. Once you accept the proposal, I’ll prepare the sage + time contract for you to sign, and then we can officially begin the planning process.
A non-refundable deposit is required upon signing the contract to secure your date and services. This deposit will be deducted from your total wedding planning fees.

Planning & Coordination
This is where I take charge of all the logistics, vendors, styling, and key details, ensuring everything runs smoothly and according to your carefully crafted plan and timeline.
During this time we will include a venue visit to ensure I can coordinate every detail with your vendors and venue.
I will coordinate with your vendors and finalise all arrangements, ensuring every detail reflects your vision. From managing the schedule to confirming vendor deliveries, I’m here to handle all the moving parts so you can focus on enjoying the lead-up to your big day with confidence.

Final Run-Through
The final run-through stage typically takes place about 1–2 weeks before the wedding day. It’s the last detailed review of all logistics, ensuring that everything is in place and all vendors are aligned.

Wedding or Event Day
If you've added On-the-Day Coordination, I ensure everything runs smoothly while you enjoy!
If you have opted out, I will provide a final check-in with the vendors the week before and hand over your on-the-day checklist.
After the wedding, I’ll be in touch to hear how everything went and look forward to seeing the photos and videos from your special day!
